Refund and Exchange Policy

If you want a refund or exchange, you need to ask within 24 hours of getting the product. To exchange, contact us at info.indirack@gmail.com.

The quickest way to get what you want is to exchange the product you have. Once your exchange is approved, you can get the new item.

Please remember, we only consider returns or refunds if you send a proper open box video showing the product's condition.
